Meanwhile, the first all-new product of the second phase, BAIC New Energy EU300, has also officially rolled off the production line. While upgrading its green energy industry, Beijing Automotive is also accelerating the implementation process of its strategic transformation.

It is learned that after the renovation and upgrading of the Beijing Automotive High-end Base, the production capacity of new energy vehicles will be increased by 150,000 units, bringing the total production capacity to 300,000 units. At the same time, intelligent production equipment will be newly added and optimized to meet the production needs of 8 types of models, making comprehensive preparations for the launch of new models.

In addition, Beijing Automotive has adopted the world's most advanced VOC treatment technology for exhaust gas and the low-nitrogen combustion recirculation technology from the United States, and has added a rotary combustion device for concentrating exhaust gas from painting. At the same time, an intelligent control system is added. A standardized, normalized and intelligent energy management system is adopted, and the MES system is applied. Relying on Internet of Things technology, data is collected in real time to optimize the manufacturing chain, improve work efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

The EU300 model that has just come off the production line is the world's first battery swap model that is "compatible with charging and swapping". It can effectively solve the pain point of long charging time for electric vehicles, and also features low energy consumption and high operational efficiency. On the basis of having a combined driving range of 300 kilometers, the EU300 also has charging and battery swapping functions, and it only takes 3 minutes to complete the battery swapping operation.
