A good braking system is the guarantee of life. How powerful a car is and how fast it can go are not the most important things. A car that can both release and release is a good car. Car front logo
At critical moments, the distance between safety and danger may only be 2 meters, 1 meter or 0.5 meters... To keep the vehicle's braking system in the best condition for a long time and ensure precise and safe braking, it is necessary to have your beloved car undergo regular deep brake maintenance.
Common fault phenomena of the braking system:
Too much dirt on the surface of the brake disc can cause the brakes to be insensitive.
2. The guide pin of the brake caliper gets stuck, causing unbalanced braking and eccentric braking of the four wheels.
3. The brake pads lose lubrication at both ends, causing abnormal noises during braking.
4. The rim is "internally sintered" and gets stuck, making it impossible to remove the rim. The screws are rusty and break when forcibly tightened.
Deep maintenance of brakes can effectively prevent common faults in the braking system. Specifically, it can be divided into the following four steps:
1. Oil stain cleaning: Brake disc cleaner can quickly clean oil stains and dust from brake discs (drums), brake pads, brake calipers, and tires. Fast evaporation, no residue after drying, and no corrosive components.
2. Sub-pump lubrication: Before applying the brake sub-pump lubricant, please carefully clean the sub-pump area and evenly apply the sub-pump lubricant to the sub-pump connection shaft. This can effectively keep the sub-pump liner soft, prevent corrosion, and extend the service life of the sub-pump.
3. High-temperature protection: The high temperature generated during braking can easily cause damage to braking components due to heat. High-temperature resistant protective agents can specifically prevent damage to the braking system. With a high-temperature resistance of up to 1400℃, applying the high-temperature resistant protective agent on the back of the brake pads provides long-lasting lubrication, preventing the brakes from being seized and making them easy to remove.
4. Easy disassembly and removal: The silencing package is a high-pressure resistant and high-adhesion lubricant, suitable for temperatures ranging from -80℃ to 1100℃. After cleaning the braking system, lubricating the sub-pump, and providing high-temperature protection, the silencing package can be applied to the shaft head position. It has excellent lubrication performance, prevents sintering, and enables easy disassembly and removal.
After assembling the braking system and installing the tires back, the deep maintenance of the brakes is completed. Brake deep maintenance offers you endless driving pleasure and driving protection. It is recommended to perform a deep brake maintenance every 20,000 kilometers.
