The national level green factory is one of the highest honors in China's green manufacturing system. The selection is strictly based on the "Interim Measures for Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Factories" and the requirements of the annual recommendation notice. After being recommended by the provincial industry and information technology department and reviewed by experts at all levels, it represents the advanced level of domestic green manufacturing and aims to select outstanding enterprises that achieve land intensification, harmless raw materials, clean production purification, waste resource utilization, and low-carbon energy. It is a comprehensive recognition and highest praise for the green production, low-carbon development, and environmental protection governance of enterprises.

Jump three levels within a year, steadily moving towards green

Behind this national honor is Jiangsu Gezi's unwavering commitment to ecological priority and green development, as well as a down-to-earth and steadily advancing journey of green growth——

In March 2025, we obtained the city level green factory certification, taking a solid first step towards green transformation and laying a solid foundation for future development;

In November 2025, upgraded to a provincial-level green factory, continuously improving the green manufacturing system, and taking environmental protection technology and management to a new level;

In February 2026, Honor was upgraded to a national level green factory, from the city level to the provincial level and then to the national level. In just one year, behind the three level leap is Jiangsu Gezi's deep practice of green development concept, as well as its daily cultivation and continuous innovation.
