Introduction

On the afternoon of August 2nd, our company held the second member representative meeting of the trade union committee, successfully electing members of the second trade union committee and the audit committee.

To further strengthen the construction of the Gaz trade union organization, our company held the second election meeting for the replacement of the trade union committee on August 2nd.

The conference kicked off with the sound of the national anthem. Jiang Mei reported the work to the representatives on behalf of the previous trade union committee. The representatives unanimously passed the above-mentioned report.

According to the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China and the Constitution of the Chinese Trade Union, Comrade Shen Yan read out the "Election Method", and the 30 representatives of the conference raised their hands to vote and passed the "Election Method", the list of candidates, and the list of scrutineers.

In accordance with the principles of "legality, democracy, seriousness, and standardization", and strictly following the election procedures for the new term, a new chairman of the trade union committee, Shen Yan, as well as members Jiang Mei, Chen Yu, Lin Chen, Zhu Jiajia, and Ji Miaomiao, were elected by secret ballot; A new round of union members, including Jiang Mei, the chairman of the Economic Review Committee, and members Ji Miaomiao and Lin Chen, were elected in equal numbers.

Subsequently, Comrade Shen Yan, the new chairman of the trade union, spoke on behalf of the group. She stated that the new trade union team will conscientiously fulfill their work responsibilities, give full play to the functions of the trade union with high quality, and continuously strengthen their own construction based on solid learning. With the spirit of unity, hard work, and selfless dedication, they will put it into practice and actively repay the trust of all trade union members through practical actions.

The conference concluded with solemn international singing.
