In order to effectively care for the mental health of enterprise employees and extend the care to the education and family life of employees' children, recently, the "Yucheng Family Education · Runxin Growth" family education improvement action of Changshu Women's Federation entered Jiangsu Gaze Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. "At the beginning of the lecture, Principal Chen Hongmei used easy to understand language to clearly break down the core meaning of attention, directly targeting the pain points of parents' parenting, and sorting out the four key factors that steal children's attention: life interference, excessive indulgence, emotional neglect, and sensory dissonance.

Based on daily family education scenarios, Principal Chen shares four practical strategies for cultivating concentration:

1. Create a quiet and undisturbed learning environment, where parents restrain themselves from interrupting their children at will;

2. Cleverly use fun mini games to train concentration skills while having fun;

Unlike one-way preaching, the interactive atmosphere throughout the classroom is lively. Principal Chen led the children to participate in immersive training activities such as clapping and classification games, number memorization, listening to words for treasure hunting, mirror imitation, and finding differences in words. The children raised their hands to answer questions and engaged seriously, exercising their auditory attention, observation, and reaction skills in the relaxed game. Parents also carefully recorded parenting methods and gained practical skills.

Fun DIY small fan, exercise concentration ability

After theoretical learning, we welcome the long-awaited DIY handmade activity. The staff prepares the materials for making the small fan in advance, and the children carefully assemble, paste, decorate and other steps.

Splitting parts, aligning and splicing, careful coloring... The production process requires continuous observation and patient operation, which happens to be a way to exercise children's concentration and hand eye coordination skills. The children were fully immersed in their creations and occasionally exchanged ideas with their parents. Many employees lamented, "I am busy with work and rarely have the opportunity to calm down and spend time with my children. In just half an hour, I can clearly feel that my children are more patient in their work." After completing the assembly, one handmade fan after another was freshly baked, and the children held their own works with a sense of achievement on their faces.
