Gates Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and now has two production bases with a factory area of over 50,000 square meters. The production base of the first factory is located in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, and that of the second factory is in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. At the same time, a technology research and development center and an experimental center have also been established. In July 2024, the US branch was established, and the construction of the Chonburi factory in Thailand began in November 2024.

The Changshu factory has now been fully completed and put into operation, including the nameplate production workshop, injection molding production workshop, painting production workshop and assembly workshop. The total production capacity is 150,000 wheel hub decoration covers and 150,000 inserts (including large wheel hub covers) per day, totaling 300,000 wheel decoration parts. The factory in Thailand was officially put into operation in June 26th, with a designed production capacity of 50,000 hub covers and 50,000 inserts per day. The factory's workshops in Thailand include nameplate production workshop, injection molding production workshop, painting production workshop and assembly workshop, with complete four major processes.
